When I started really getting into running and fitness a few years ago I was enjoying the results but knew I was never going to be able to give up the foods that make my heart sing. So I didn’t! It helped me discover my love for tweaking indulgent recipes to be just a little bit better for you and helping fellow travelers keep the good habits going even on the road!
